As a Developer in this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise environments. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and customizing workflows for access requests and lifecycle events, such as joiner, mover, and leaver processes, within enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms. You will leverage your expertise in tools like SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate these platforms with other enterprise systems, such as ServiceNow or SAP GRC, ensuring seamless identity governance across the organization.
Must have:
- At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions
- At least 4 years of development experience: such as SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) (preferred) OR Saviynt Security Manager (SSM)
- 4 or more years of dedicated Java programming experience
- Ability to develop an access request workflow in an IGA solution
Nice to have:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Possession of a SailPoint IdentityIQ certification
- Experience integrating with ServiceNow or SAP GRC
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
