Job Summary
Coordinates tasks and provides professional administrative support for a program with an association, non-profit, or similar organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day activities that meet the needs of the organization's target population and that are in alignment with the organization's stated mission.
  • Creates program materials.
  • Manages program event calendar and community outreach activities.
  • Assists with budgeting and fundraising.

Qualifications

  • Performs work under direct supervision.
  • Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 0 to 2 years of experience.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Research skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
