At Floor & Decor, every store is a reflection of our standards—and your job is to make sure we meet them. As our SER Auditor, you’ll visit locations across your assigned division to evaluate operational execution, uncover risk, and help stores run safer, smoother, and smarter. Your audits won’t just flag problems—they’ll unlock potential.
Your Day Consists Of
· Conducting in-depth store audits twice per year, covering safety, loss prevention, and operational execution
· Using data and exception reports to uncover trends in shrink, inventory variance, and procedural gaps
· Partnering with Divisional Leadership to build sustainable action plans and track progress
· Reviewing safety compliance—including equipment, training records, and hazardous material handling
· Investigating large inventory variances and supporting follow-up in high-risk locations
· Ensuring proper documentation around Workers' Comp, GL, Auto, and Property Claims

You’ll Be Successful With
· 5+ years in retail, with 3+ years in operational leadership or store management
· Strong grasp of store operations, shrink drivers, and audit protocols
· Experience with exception reporting, internal investigations, and CCTV review (bonus if Wicklander-Zulawski certified)
· Excellent time management, follow-up, and communication skills—you’re part coach, part detective
· Comfort working independently in the field and traveling throughout a regional territory
· A passion for standards and a knack for finding what others miss
