DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help to organize the pursuit and determine value propositioning and messaging. Responsible for RFP bid project management best practices.
- Engage pursuit team members as needed to align with client business needs
- Utilize Acxiom portfolio knowledge to sales teams for the positioning of key content messaging for client pursuits
- Manage and ensure compliance with organizational processes, pursuit specific collaboration tools, project plans, calendars, pursuit issues and risks, planning and review meetings
- Communicate with the entire pursuit team to build and maintain a shared understanding of pursuit plans, status, priorities and assists in the management of next steps
- Identify and resolve pursuit issues by escalating them or engaging key stakeholders and/or senior leadership as appropriate
- Interface with third party intermediaries and/or client personnel as necessary to understand requirements and manage pursuit plans/activities
- Continues to develop and executive and self-direct education plan to further their in-depth information about Acxiom’s products, direct marketing and the industry they serve oriented around:
- Product Knowledge to increase product knowledge, conduct product presentations, create product proposals addressing client reported business issues and conducting value proposition driven demonstrations (if applicable).
- Direct Marketing Trends: to increase knowledge of key concepts, promotional contents, promotional media, channels, challenges and solutions.
- Industry Training: to increase understanding the industry served, industry trends, vertical industry nuances (if applicable).
- Competition Training: to increase understanding of the competition and enabling our products and services to viewed as superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Related internship experience or a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience
- Industry knowledge / awareness
- Strong communication skills – strong writing skills required
- Strong Presentation skill
- MS Office Suite experience
