Overview

Do you want to be part of a dynamic HR team that plays a vital role in shaping the future of our workforce?

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Partner to join our team and lead full life-cycle recruitment efforts across the Americas. This role is designed for an engaging and strategic individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and goes beyond traditional recruiting duties. The Talent Partner will actively collaborate with candidates and hiring managers, focusing on three key sites in Houston, TX, and overseeing our US Early Talent Program. By building robust talent pipelines, empowering hiring managers, and contributing to broader HR and business objectives, the Talent Partner will play a crucial role in our success.

This position is based in Clear Lake (Houston, TX) and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions in the Americas, from intake to offer.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
  • Source both active and passive candidates via job boards, employee referrals, social media, industry events, and direct outreach.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely, accurate, and transparent communication.
  • Maintain strategic pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles to support future workforce needs.
  • Provide coaching, tools, and training to hiring managers on interview techniques, selection practices, and inclusive hiring.
  • Support hiring teams with best practices and market insights to ensure informed, equitable hiring decisions.
  • Partner with Employee Resource Groups (Connect Groups), community organizations, and external networks to promote career opportunities at the company.
  • Partner with HR Operations and site resources to ensure a smooth, engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to uncover actionable insights. Use these insights to drive continuous improvement ultimately leading to better business outcomes.
  • Lead and continuously enhance the US Early Talent program, including recruitment, onboarding, programming, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with key university partners and build strong campus relationships to support long-term talent pipelines.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for The Predictive Index

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)

Preferred Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, and/or STEM fields
  • 1 or more years of experience managing early career talent programs and recruitment
  • 1 of more years of experience with The Predictive Index
