Clearwater is on the lookout for a proactive and organized Talent Branding Lead to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in shaping our employer brand, boosting employee engagement, and attracting top talent. Your creativity and strategy will fuel innovative hiring campaigns and initiatives that reflect Clearwater's culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and roll out fresh branding strategies to attract top talent and engage employees.

  • Oversee our Glassdoor and other platforms, ensuring our messaging hits home with potential candidates.

  • Team up with recruitment and marketing to design compelling marketing content for platforms such as LinkedIn.

  • Craft engaging stories that showcase employee experiences and our dynamic workplace culture.

  • Plan and execute career fairs and engage in community events to highlight Clearwater’s brand and connect with potential candidates.

  • Write clear briefs for internal communications, social media posts, and career site updates.

  • Analyze campaign metrics to continuously enhance our recruitment marketing efforts.

  • Use AI and creative tools to produce high-quality marketing materials while keeping our brand consistent.

  • Demonstrate the ability to own a project — not just complete a task — by taking initiative and driving efforts from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Approximately 2 years of professional experience, preferably in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience with platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and social media; bonus points for knowledge of AI tools like Canva and ChatGPT.

  • Strong design instincts for creating visually appealing marketing content.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
