As Senior Manager, US Co-Brand Portfolio, you will play a critical role in driving performance and engagement across IHG’s Co-Brand credit card portfolio. In this role, you will lead key strategic initiatives that integrate Co-Brand into IHG’s broader commercial objectives, optimize portfolio growth, and deepen customer loyalty through targeted spend campaigns. This highly collaborative position works across internal teams and external partners—including Marketing, Loyalty, and our financial partner—to deliver compelling offers, analyze market trends, and execute initiatives that elevate program performance. 

 

Your day to day 

  • Drive program performance to achieve target metrics for net sales and cardmember engagement  
  • Lead strategy for key loyalty initiatives that actively integrate Co-Brand with IHG commercial business and optimize annual portfolio plans  
  • Manage the holistic strategy and activation of new spend initiatives for Co-Brand portfolio offers, including development of engagement campaigns, in partnership with Marketing  
  • Actively collaborate with partner and internal stakeholders to run the day-to-day for US Co-Brand portfolio  
  • Design, develop and deliver the program’s annual portfolio offer strategy   
  • Analyze and monitor competitive movements of competitors’ strategies and provide critical insights and decisions based on market trends   

 

What we need from you 

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience  
  • 8-10 years of experience in partnership management  
  • Experience doing financial analysis to track and manage performance and draw insights and recommendations for improvement   
  • Demonstrated or previous experience with financial partnerships is highly preferred, but not required  
  • Strong decision making, influencing/consensus building and analytical skills with clear understanding of impact on IHG revenue goals and bottom-line   
  • Demonstrates project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.  

 

 

 

Location -.  Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office.  This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.    

The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $135,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
