About the Role
The purpose of the Project Manager 2, Trucks role is to ensure the effective implementation and management of Incentive Projects and other CALSTART initiatives. This involves educating and training stakeholders, improving technical systems, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring data management and reporting. By coordinating with internal teams and engaging external stakeholders, the role will support project successes and foster strong relationships within the industry and with regulatory bodies.
The Project Manager 2, Trucks role will support external stakeholders by educating and training dealers and equipment purchasers, addressing their inquiries, and assisting with Salesforce technical issues to ensure smooth participation in the incentive projects. For internal stakeholders, the role will streamline project administration, update incentive websites and equipment catalogs, and handle data acquisition and reporting. They will lead the development of standard operating procedures, help organize events and webinars, draft communications, and ensure coordinated efforts and effective project execution. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams and engaging with industry participants and funders to maintain stakeholder relationships and support the overall success of CALSTART initiatives.
