What you bring to SBHG:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.
(4) years of experience in mental health direct care required.
(1) year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Case Management experience highly preferred
Valid California Driver’s License required.
How you will make a difference:
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate team members to ensure they meet performance and service delivery standards.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to the case management team to address complex client needs and improve outcomes.
Monitor and assign caseloads to ensure equitable distribution and efficient use of resources.
Ensure timely completion of case documentation.
Participate in on-call crisis rotation to support team members in crises, providing guidance and direct assistance as needed
Identify training needs for team members and coordinate relevant professional development opportunities.
Facilitate team-building activities and skill development workshops.
