The team is growing fast and is looking for a Product Manager to prioritize the product roadmap and maintain focus on high-leverage product improvements.

About the Role

Bookkeepers today are stuck working in excel spreadsheets and homegrown project management solutions to support their clients. The hiring company is on a mission to change that.

With an all-in-one tool, bookkeepers can manage their work, communicate with clients, catch hard-to-find errors, and deliver reports to help their small business customers make smarter strategic decisions.

What You'll Do

- Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, designer, and engineering team to design new features and enhance existing features.

- Engage with numerous customers and prospects to understand their key needs.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to prioritize features that facilitate achieving company goals.

- Write numerous tickets and address clarifying questions from the engineers.

- Utilize the product as a lever to drive business outcomes (MRR, new product adoption, etc.).

Who You Are

- 2+ years of product management experience at a startup.

- Strong concern for user experience.

- Ability to read and comprehend API documentation at a high level

- Accounting experience or familiarity with accounting-related products is preferred.
