We’re an emerging brand with big plans to establish Aquata Hydration in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) market on Amazon. To make this launch a success, we’re looking for someone with the expertise, enthusiasm, and commitment to lead us through every step, from pre-launch planning to ongoing brand management. This is an exciting new chapter for Aquata Hydration, and we can’t wait to build something great together! About the role We’re looking for a Product Launch Manager! If you’re a proactive go-getter with experience in product development and Amazon FBA management, we’d love to meet you. This role will oversee each phase of our new product line’s journey, from launch to daily Amazon operations. In this role, you will: 📝 Act as the primary point of contact with the contract manufacturer 💡 Collaborate on product formulas and ensure samples meet our standards 📊 Conduct consumer surveys for feedback on product claims and packaging 🎨 Coordinate with designers on product packaging 🔍 Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings 📈 Track product sales and analyze performance metrics 💬 Manage Amazon PPC campaigns for optimal ROI 🛠️ Set up and maintain Amazon store compliance 📦 Coordinate inventory shipments and monitor stock levels Working Hours ⏰: This role starts at up to 20 hours a week, with a preference for some overlap with EST (New York) hours. About you To excel in this role, you need: ✅ Proven experience in Amazon FBA management or CPG brand launches ✅ Strong project management skills, able to handle product development and marketing ✅ Familiar with Amazon Seller Central, PPC, keyword research, and inventory planning ✅ Excellent communication skills ✅ Highly organized, self-motivated, and a proactive problem-solver Brownie points for: ⭐ Experience in product development and working with manufacturers ⭐ Knowledge of CPG trends ⭐ Familiar with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout ⭐ Knowledge of Slack, Asana, and Fiverr for task sourcing ⭐ Experience with consumer survey tools like PickFu We’re seeking someone self-motivated, highly organized, and adaptable.
