We’re looking for a BI Lead to drive our data initiatives and help teams make smarter, data-driven decisions. In this role, you’ll manage data pipelines, provide insights, and work closely with teams to ensure our BI tools and solutions deliver real impact. This is a hands-on position where you’ll lead by doing while helping others grow their BI skills.

  • Prioritize and manage data requests to align with business goals.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to drive decisions across teams.
  • Help promote a data-first mindset across the company.

💡 Continuous Improvement
  • Find ways to improve data models, workflows, and processes.
  • Explore new BI tools and techniques to keep the team ahead of the curve.
  • Stay updated on trends like AI/ML to boost BI capabilities.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and tools like ClickHouse and Redash.
  • Problem-solving skills to fix data challenges and deliver reliable solutions.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports that drive action.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills to work with different teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on what matters most.

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Familiarity with gaming or iGaming industry data.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML tools for analytics.
  • Experience improving and automating BI workflows.
