About the Role: Senior Recruiter
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Senior Recruiter will drive all aspects of recruitment, focusing on sourcing top-tier talent across various levels, from entry-level associates to senior positions. You will play a pivotal role in refining recruitment processes, sourcing high-quality candidates, and delivering on our hiring goals. This role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and pre-screening to offer and onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Sourcing and Outreach: Develop creative strategies to source passive candidates, including personalized outreach and proactive engagement across multiple platforms.
- Technical and Cultural Fit Assessment: Use tools like the Culture Index or similar assessments to identify candidates who align with role requirements and company culture.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage robust candidate pipelines, focusing on improving success rates at each stage of the process.
- Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement scalable, efficient recruitment processes that align with business needs and support Trivium’s growth objectives.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, create tailored recruitment strategies, and provide consistent feedback and updates.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior recruiters, ensuring alignment with recruitment best practices and company goals.
- Employer Branding: Champion and promote Trivium’s culture and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract high-caliber talent.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use recruitment metrics and feedback to continuously refine and improve hiring processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates and managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Familiarity with tools like ATS systems, Sourcebreaker, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms.
- Strong ability to adapt recruitment strategies in response to changing priorities or business needs.
- Experience using behavioral assessments (e.g., Culture Index) to evaluate candidate fit.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trust with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, balancing speed and quality.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior recruiters is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment for remote, international teams is a plus.
