Min Experience : 1-3 years

How you will make a difference:

  • Captures knowledge information from teams into Safeguard’s global intranet platform and maintains detailed, up-to-date documentation for ease of access and retrieval.
  • Liaise regularly with the respective department’s SPOCs (Single Point of Contact) and develop strong, productive working relationships to ensure business processes are up to date.
  • Create knowledge products for cross-learning between departments on SharePoint and continuously enhance content categorization for improved usability.
  • Coordinates and regularly communicates issues with other Knowledge Analysts to identify cross-practice content priorities and works as part of a team to capture materials.
  • Perform quarterly audits and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in knowledge accessibility, quality, and completeness.
  • Prioritize and set deadlines for regular and ad-hoc tasks, providing reports on progress and key metrics to leadership.
  • Conducts external market research to identify key trends, and issues, as relevant to our Knowledge Management strategies
  • Assist in creating content and insights in a manner consistent with Safeguard’s professional standards guidelines, using engaging formats to support user needs and encourage knowledge sharing.
  • Contributes as a member of a team (e.g., participates in Knowledge Management group projects, training, experience sharing, mentoring), and supports other initiatives for the business.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to promote best practices across the organization.
  • Weekly HR And Payroll Publication: Compiling newsletters, updating distribution lists, and connect with respective authorities for database updating.
  • Vendor Search: support research for new vendors/Partners depending upon the criteria provided by the SLTs.

What will give you an advantage:

  • B.Com/B.tech with strong academic credentials.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in database management tools and knowledge management practices.
  • Experience in research and data analysis to support knowledge management strategies.
  • Experience in content categorization, and report generation preferred.
  • Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications using the latest version of Knowledge Management tools can be added advantage.
  • Must be motivated, independent, and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Self-starter with strong organization skills - ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • “Go-getter” attitude – drives assigned projects independently with complete ownership.
  • Expertise in MS Office especially Excel required,
  • Expertise in Smartsheets.
  • Contentful expertise – nice to have.
