In this role, you will take ownership of key projects that directly contribute to revenue growth with our top partners. You will collaborate with internal teams and have the unique opportunity to work in a cross-functional team environment, playing an essential role in shaping our operations and customer experience.In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Risk) to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct regular business reviews for key stakeholders to assess customer performance on metrics like volume, new use adoption, and buyer repayment behavior.
• Onboard new customers and proactively identify customer challenges, developing solutions to improve our product offering.
• Analyze data sets and customer feedback to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Improve processes to ensure faster turnaround times and reduced operational loads for the team and end customers.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects and work closely with one of our founders.
