Position : FINANCE UNDERWRITER

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 - 5pm or 9-6pm

Timezone : EST

Holidays : to be determined

Pay Range : USD 2,750 - 3,500/per month (The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)

Company Overview:

Ccommercial loan brokerage specializes in SBA financing

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive executive summaries and 4-5 page deal models for bank financing proposals.
• Conduct client meetings over Zoom to discuss deals in detail, walk through underwriting models. - Build cash flow models, structure deals, and produce high-quality executive write-ups.
• Work on special projects, such as conducting market research, creating case studies, or analyzing data.
• Support process improvements by suggesting refinements to templates and documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in M&A underwriting, finance, or a similar field.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are critical.
• Communication: Strong skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts.
• Additional Support: Grammarly is provided if needed.
