- Skilled in SMP installs and z/Netview.
- Demonstrated consultative and solution-delivery skills combined with strong leadership and project implementation capabilities.
- Effective in negotiation, coaching, mentoring, and possessing a solid solution architect background.
- Well-versed in hardware, architecture, virtual environments, technology, protocols, interfaces, and financial acumen.
- Adept at customer solution design, providing market insights, understanding the client portfolio, and exhibiting strong business acumen.
- Proficient in infrastructure capacity, performance analysis, solution definition, and technical sales.
- Mainframe Sys Admin with Ops MVS and CA1/CA7/CA11 experience.
- Work as part of a team in a mainframe environment.
- Cooperate with product teams on resolving env issues.
Education: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
