Learning Management System (LMS) administration and training coordinator providing LMS admin services including publishing enrollment reporting and maintenance. Help in new onboarding and event management.Location: San Francisco, CA Roles/ResponsibilitiesLearning Management System (LMS) administration and training coordinationProvide LMS admin services including publishing enrollment reporting and maintenance.

  • Publish new courses including setting up surveys and performing internal QA.
  • Manage course enrollment
  • Assist users with enrollment
  • Ensure classes are highly utilized
  • Enroll only eligible participants
  • Support facilitators with any course changes new date publication and logistics
  • Provide attendance tracking and reporting
  • Share survey and reporting data with stakeholders (or set up self-service options).
  • Add new courses ensuring surveys and attendance data is included
  • For new courses review surveys to ensure there are no errors.
  • To promote scale, maintain updated LMS SOPs and develop auto-enrollment solutions for new courses.
  • Support vendor contracted offerings (scheduling logistics requirements)
  • Track and report on attendance utilization CSAT and impact
Manage Faculty Outreach and Teaching Coordination Recruit, manage, and schedule faculty for learning & development
  • Manage outreach to potential volunteers to recruit as faculty members
  • Coordinate with existing faculty to schedule dates for Learning & Development (L&D) sessions
  • Track and report on faculty activity
New Hire (Noogler) Onboarding Support enrollment and onboarding activities for new hires
  • Enroll nooglers on a rolling basis to live onboarding sessions
  • Execute live sessions via GVC and manage operations
  • Send onboarding newsletters to cohorts on a regular cadence
  • Manage the team alias
Event Coordination Support logistics for in person events, including roundtables and summits
  • Create and manage Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) requests, including space management, catering, etc.
  • Manage calendar enrollment, changes, and attendee requests
Inbox Management and Customer Support Triage messages and provide support.
  • Triage incoming messages.
  • Provide responses to messages, including, but not limited to, troubleshooting support for e-learning crashes, completion issues, and general learning module issues
  • Escalate or route messages that need additional support.
Website Management Assist with team website maintenance, including updates and content writing
  • Update training content, resources, and ad hoc updates
  • Assist with content writing
Team Communications Develop internal communications for multiple channels, including the team website as well as announcements.
  • Prepare volunteer emails
  • Develop teacher communication
  • Compose community newsletters
  • Assist with T/PgM monthly newsletter
  • Provide support for additional communications as needed
Documentation Creation and Maintenance Provide support in creating process documentation as well as updating existing documentation.
  • Ensure SOPs are current, clear, and accurate inline with the team’s branding and standards
  • Copy, edit materials to ensure they are written concisely and in a learner-friendly language
  • Ensure deliverables are proofread, with no grammatical or technical errors
Outsourcing Tracking Management Provide support in tracking and supporting outsourcing related administrative tasks, including contract management, purchase order, and invoice management.
  • Creation, management, and tracking SOWs, including renewals, amendments, and associated data
  • Organize and oversee PO creation, invoice approvals, and spend tracking.
Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 9/15/2024.The annual salary for this position is between $47,975 – $115,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
