We’re hiring for a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our lead generation marketing to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the executive team with the implementation and management of marketing campaigns through creative content, vendor management, advertising strategies, budget management, social media, and analytics. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure and consistency, can effectively work independently as well as part of a team to bring campaigns to life, and is committed to quality work. • Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities
• Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
• Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans
• Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
• Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience

Qualifications

• Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors
• Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
• Advanced knowledge of current market trends
