Homeoffice Manager, Software Development with verification

This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely.As a Software Development Manager, you will be part of a leadership team responsible for coaching and mentoring talented software developers working in an agile SaaS environment. You will directly impact and influence product delivery, team growth and employee engagement.Our developer-focused team culture encourages our engineers to be self motivated and self directed. We value leadership and people with passion who will take ownership to make their mark on our product within this growing business space.What You Will Do

• Lead, grow, mentor and support your development team(s).
• Work closely with your team(s) Product Manager and Architect to define your team(s) roadmap and goals.
• Build, support and enhance our culture of inclusion in 1:1s and team settings.
• Deliver our product roadmaps by guiding development teams to embrace the highest of standards of quality and consistent delivery.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as Customer Support, Customer Success, Product Management, and Professional Services.
• Lead by example and foster an environment of continuous improvement, feedback, and accountability.
• Other duties as assigned.
