We have a fantastic opportunity for Technical Development Manager to work anywhere in the UK.
As the Technical Development Manager, you will be responsible for improving the technical knowledge and output of our teams. Working with operational managers you will improve technical knowledge across all skill levels.
Along with your strong technical knowledge a focussed attention to detail is important. Reports for management information will be second nature to you as will highlighting trends/hot spots and providing overviews of portfolios to clients.
Your role demands strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll ensure your team is equipped to handle the most challenging claims, while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. This role offers the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact.
