You will be the key link between our customers, stakeholders, and development team. You will own the product backlog, define features, and prioritise the work that delivers maximum value.   • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and work towards the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it’s aligned with the product roadmap and that features are prioritised to deliver the most value.
  • Lead your own market research, create your own ideas and help define new opportunities.
CREATE
  • Inform design implementation that best supports our customers, with the user’s experience at the centre of every decision.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and regulations are met, while managing expectations and balancing competing priorities.
  • Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure the development team understands what to build and why.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and development team to remove disruption and ensure timely delivery of features.
ANALYSE
  • Create surveys, gather feedback and engage directly with customers to learn how to best serve their needs.
  • Build and manage analytics to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Perform A/B tests and experiments to optimise, understand behaviours and identify new opportunities

  • You’re an enthusiastic and results-oriented Product Owner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable balancing multiple priorities and expressing your opinion. We’re looking for someone with leadership skills, a love for design and a strong intuition.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner or similar role in product management.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working closely with development teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in Financial technology is a plus.
  • Experience working with mobile applications.
  • Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
