What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Enter data into databases and spreadsheets from checks, reports, and bills
• Maintain and organize data for easy access and verification
• Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with original documents
• Identify and correct discrepancies or mistakes in the data

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Keyer or in a similar position
• High school diploma; additional certifications or computer training are a plus
• Excellent typing skills with both speed and precision
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining confidentiality
• Familiarity with general administrative tasks and operating office equipment
