About Our Client A leading company in the data-driven SaaS solutions space is seeking a Web Analytics Specialist to join its team. The organization is dedicated to transforming how merchants gain actionable insights through server-side event tracking. The ideal candidate will have a passion for navigating analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and will be responsible for managing tagging implementation projects and ensuring clients fully leverage their data analytics experience. What To Expect - **60%** of the role will involve being the primary analytics specialist, overseeing onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for a dedicated set of customers. - **20%** will focus on expanding skills and knowledge of analytics and the company’s products, implementing solutions across various customer accounts. - **20%** will be dedicated to reviewing implementations from other specialists and maintaining product and tracking documentation. Requirements - Take ownership of relationships with assigned customers, serving as the primary contact for analytics or tagging requests. - Effectively onboard customers onto the company's tracking platform. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by identifying and addressing their tracking goals and challenges. - Conduct audits of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, implementing necessary changes across client accounts. - Provide support to other analysts as needed. - Demonstrate eagerness to learn and enhance expertise in eCommerce data tracking within a leading industry environment. - Must be available to work within the EST - PST time zone. What You'll Need - A self-motivated and proactive work ethic. - A minimum of **3 years** experience in a customer-facing success role (Support, Success, Account Management, or Sales). - Exceptional multi-tasking and context-switching abilities. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - Proficiency in measurement, reporting, and data analytics. - Experience in a startup environment is preferred. - A commitment to customer success and proactive follow-up.
