IT Resourcing at Ergo are looking for a SAP Trainer for a client-leading provider of online training services. The successful candidate will be working training people in some of the largest multinational and tech companies in Ireland.
Key Responsabilities:
▪ Virtual training delivery using Microsoft Teams.
* Developing and delivering Instructor-Led courses and supporting materials (PPT, exercises, data preparation).
* Updating status reports and attending meetings as required.
* Customize training programs based on the specific needs of different clients.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
* Stay updated with the latest SAP developments and incorporate new features into the training curriculum.
* Monitor and assess the progress of trainees and provide feedback.
* Develop and administer assessments to evaluate trainees' understanding of SAP concepts.
* Support the development of e-learning modules and online training resources.
Key Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in SAP training Essential
* Certified SAP Trainer or equivalent certification.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in using various training methods and tools.
* Experience in developing training materials and documentation.
* Ability to customize training programs based on specific needs.
* Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
This is a mainly remote role.
