What your days might look like
As our Product Owner, Global Embedded Wealth you will help drive the delivery of our Global Embedded Wealth products and features within Swag by Employment Hero and Embedded Super products.
This role will be pivotal in developing and launching features within our Swag by Employment Hero platform, revolutionising how people manage their superannuation, get paid, and save with integrated benefits, rewards, and financial wellbeing solutions.
As our Product Owner, Global Embedded Wealth, you’ll be:
- Drive product discovery for features and initiatives on the roadmap.
- Translate product vision into delivery, operation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and adapt the product vision and roadmap while staying true to the original vision.
- Apply strategic mindset to user story prioritisation and delivery.
- Maintain a prioritised backlog of user stories and represent customer/business needs during planning.
- Collaborate with designers, technical teams, and product leadership for testing, feasibility, and planning.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Support for product launch, rollout, and implementation.
What you will bring:
- Relevant work experience in product ownership or management
- Proven success working with development teams using agile (Scrum preferred)
- Able to write well-defined specifications to clearly communicate expected product outcomes
- Track record of being able to critically analyse data samples (both qualitative and quantitative) and produce sensible insights to fuel product initiatives
- Able to challenge expectations and question the status quo on a day-to-day basis
- Hungry, creative, enthusiastic, and data-driven with a diverse skill set
- Experience validating ideas and generating user feedback through different customer research methodologies
- Proven commercial acumen with the ability to build financial models and execute on business drivers
- For bonus points (this isn’t a requirement!) - you’ve worked in SaaS, Super Fund or FinTech business
