- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations
- Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand the terms while responding to rebuttals
- Meet daily productivity goals including outbound dials and appointments set
- Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as requested by members and providers
- Report member complaints and escalations to management as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
- Experience in a metrics-driven environment with outbound calling preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, conversational demeanor
- Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule and work in a remote environment
- Previous experience in a high-volume outbound call center environment
- Familiarity with using an auto dialer and scripts
- Proven ability to work in a results-oriented environment
- Strong computer skills and multitasking ability while on calls
