O Engenheiro de Serviço é responsável pela gestão e execução de manutenção programada, reparações e comissionamento, bem como pela geração de contatos para fazer crescer o negócio e proporcionar ao cliente a melhor experiência de serviço. Estará localizado em Portugal e, se necessário, poderá deslocar-se à Espanha.

Nesta posição, um dia normal de trabalho seria:

• Consultar o calendário para rever as ordens de trabalho diária e da próxima semana.
• Encomendar material ou ir buscá-lo ao armazém.
• Dirigir-se às instalações do cliente.
• Falar com o cliente, ouvir ativamente, executar o trabalho e dar feedback ao cliente sobre o trabalho realizado.
• Fazer o balanço, fechar a ordem de trabalho, relaxar e estar pronto para o dia de trabalho seguinte!!!
  
  
  

Indispensável para este trabalho:

• Disponibilidade para viajar e pernoitar 7 a 9 dias por mês.
• Conhecimentos de inglês para manter a comunicação por telefone, gestões por e-mails, etc.
• Os conhecimentos da língua espanhola são uma vantagem.
• Conhecimentos de eletrônica.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for managing and performing the scheduled maintenances, repairs and commissioning, also for generating Leads to grow the business and for giving the best service experience to our customers. The position will be located in Portugal, and in cases of necessity, it can move to Spain for working purpose.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Look at your calendar for today´s and next day´s work orders
• Manage the material needed
• Drive to customer site
• Talk with the customer, be an active listener, perform the job and give feedback to the customer.
• Do the report, close the Work order, relax and be ready for the next day!
  
  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Availability to stay overnight at different locations all over the country, up to 7 nights per month
• Electronics knowledge
• Good level in English
• Valuable good level in Spanish
