- Collaborate with team members to achieve fundraising goals
- Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, with preference for telephone fundraising experience
- A dedicated wired internet connection
- Basic computer skills and familiarity
- A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions
- A commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit causes represented
- Experience in telephone fundraising or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals
- Familiarity with non-profit organizations and their missions
