- Manage and update the studio's class schedule, ensuring accurate availability for clients and instructors
- Assist clients with booking, canceling, and rescheduling their classes via phone, email, or the studio's booking system
- Work closely with instructors to manage their schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage for all classes
- Monitor waitlists and communicate with clients about class openings or cancellations
- Respond to inquiries regarding class schedules, membership packages, and studio policies in a timely and professional manner
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
- Proficient in using scheduling software or platforms (training provided)
- Basic knowledge or interest in yoga is a plus, but not required
