- Utilize various systems and tools to support multiple underwriting areas
- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear, concise, and professional communication
- Ability to work flexible shifts and maintain regular attendance
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assess customer needs
- Proficient in computer systems, including email and Microsoft products, with good keyboarding skills
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection for remote work
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Previous experience in an underwriting call center
