- Serve as an interdepartmental liaison while maintaining familiarity with scheduling functions
- Ensure productivity and leverage technology effectively in daily tasks
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical scheduler
- At least 3 years of prior authorization experience
- Must demonstrate productivity and be tech-savvy
- Must pass an internet test
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with scheduling software and tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Availability for overtime after hours and on weekends
