Who are we looking for?
We are seeking expressions of interest from Executive Advisors, Senior Advisors and Advisors specialising in the areas of energy, water, asset management and urbanisation to join our diverse and talented team that supports clients through the business lifecycle from capital deployment to business resilience and optimisation. You will bring your new ideas and approaches that redefine the mounting challenges organisations face to drive value, insight, and create competitive advantage for our clients.
You will join a global team with regional expertise, and with over 90 years of experience leading organisations through disruption and change, our GHD Advisory team will provide the environment for you to look ahead, unlock new opportunities, and succeed.

Who are we looking for?

You will join a global team with regional expertise, and with over 90 years of experience leading organisations through disruption and change, our GHD Advisory team will provide the environment for you to look ahead, unlock new opportunities, and succeed.
In these diverse roles you will:
- Identifying major pursuits in the market in collaboration with Executive Advisors and GHD's Market Leaders
- Leading and supporting pursuits including teaming arrangements and contractual negotiations
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, Project Directors and Project Managers
- Providing technical leadership on nominated projects as required
- Mentoring and guiding professionals through the early stages of their management consulting career
- Tertiary qualification supported by management consulting experience on major infrastructure projects.
- Engaging and motivating people skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrable commercial skills with strong project delivery experience, deliver outstanding client experiences coupled with both technical and commercial performance on projects.
- Effective and proven business development, networking and client relationship management skills; a proactive, professional, collaborative and personable approach
- An ability to lead, mentor and develop project teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients
