About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to bring your skills to the forefront in a high-impact, short-term role. You will work on BCM, configuring and managing its various functionalities, all while playing a critical role in enhancing service management capabilities for the hospital. With the flexibility of working remotely, this position offers a chance to make a significant difference in a short amount of time, with the potential for further involvement as the project develops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage BMC Client Management (BCM), including High Availability (HA) setups.
- Develop, deploy, and manage BCM agent rollouts and asset discovery.
- Oversee BCM inventory, patching, and application management.
- Ensure compliance management and reporting using BCM queries.
- Integrate BCM with CMDB, Smart IT, and other service management applications.
- Optimize browser-based scripts using Selenium and Python for enhanced functionality.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Selenium and Python scripting proficiency for browser-based application testing.
- Proven experience in BCM Client Management, including:
- HA setup and configuration
- Asset discovery and agent deployment
- Application and patch management
- Compliance and inventory management
- Generating queries and reports for BCM
- Integration with CMDB, Smart IT, and other systems
