We are 160+ InnoTechers and we want your talent as a Back-End Tech Lead.
Your Mission Will Be
- Lead the design and development of solutions within the team;
- Contribute to the teams' general understanding of the problem/solution and the details of implementation;
- Monitoring the team's development and intervening when necessary to ensure that the team achieves quality results;
- Contribute to alignment with other teams when dependencies exist;
- Producing and testing code in short cycles, with a high degree of automation;
- Collect feedback from end users and adapt their solutions.
You Will Need
- 8+ years of experience in software development;
- Experience in mentoring young software engineers;
- Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and object-orientated design;
- Experience in C#, Java, and/or Python development;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- CPLP nationality or EU work permit required.
Would Be Awesome If You Have
- Experience in AWS development, Kubernetes, Microservices;
- Experience with relational databases;
- Continuous delivery and testing techniques;
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
