Responsibilities:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for the assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. In this role, you are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions. You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Program Project Management and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is required. Estimation and Planning, Risk Management, and Scope Management skills with advanced proficiency are recommended. Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure successful program/project delivery Lead and motivate the team to achieve project goals and objectives Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives
