Join e2f, a leading company in Data Collection technology. As an AI Project Manager, you will lead AI data collection projects, driving them from inception to completion. You will be the pivot for cross-functional teams and ensure that our projects meet business objectives and are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Using Agile methodologies, plan and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to delivery.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Ensure project milestones align with business objectives using Scrum practices.
- Lead project teams, providing direction and support to project coordinators and Junior Project Managers.
- Innovate and implement project management methodologies to enhance project efficiency.
- Engage with stakeholders to report on project progress and address any issues.
- Implement project standards and practices, learning from senior project managers to become more autonomous.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within AI or related fields in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing sizeable, diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects.
- Strong technical understanding of AI and machine learning.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
- Sense of urgency and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to meet business demands, including varied working hours (from 4-8 hours per day, include weekends).
