Requirements:
- Having a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in English Education, Literature, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, with a focus on English language instruction.
- Minimum IELTS Overall Band Score: 7, proven with active & valid Official IELTS Certificate.
*If your Band Score is 6.5 and or your certificate has expired, feel free to apply; but you will subsequently have to undergo the IELTS Simulation test with us as part of the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English language skills, encompassing grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- In-depth knowledge of IELTS exam structure, content, and scoring criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in mentoring or teaching language acquisition.
- Flexible and adaptive teaching methods for diverse learning styles.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or group mentoring sessions for IELTS preparation students. Class will be conducted based on the agreed-upon terms and scheduled.
- Customize lesson plans addressing individual strengths and weaknesses.
- Create PPT/learning material using provided teaching resources and modules from the Academic Team.
- Provide constructive feedback on practice tests, essays/writings, and speaking exercises
- Assess student learning progress through diagnostic tests, mini-assessments, final tests, and simulation tests.
- Generate student learning reports.
- Motivate and guide students toward achieving target scores.
- Stay informed about updates and changes in the IELTS exam format.
