About The Role
The provision of proactive and effective account management for nominated Key Accounts to ensure an effective relationship is established and maintained.
To maintain a clear understanding of the strategic direction and objectives for each Key Accounts and ensure that our service offering aligns to this wherever possible.
Responsibilities
- Maintain overall account ownership and accountability for nominated Key Accounts to ensure an effective relationship, whilst ensuring excellent service delivery and account retention.
- Ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction within different BSI business streams. The Key internal stakeholders are the Key Account Program Managers providing administrative support on the nominated accounts.
- Maintain effective interfaces with sales, finance, marketing, compliance and risk and other business areas as appropriate.
- Ensure auditor team calibrations on client’s focus areas to ensure value-adding audit delivery.
- Act as the Team Leading Client Manager on the nominated accounts in accordance with BSI requirements
- The role will require travel by land (car, train) and air travel.
- Auditing experience within the Digital trust sector
- Lead auditor qualification in ISO27001 (27701, 22301 and/or 42001are considered as a plus)
- Fluency in English, written and spoken (C1)
- Proven ability to understand and manage large, complex organizations and strategic products.
- Ability to nurture successful relationship with Key clients.
- Sound commercial knowledge and understanding of sales process.
- Effective project management skills to manage specific projects for customers.
- Excellent presentation skills, able to present assessment findings professionally and effectively, often through formal presentations to a group of senior managers.
- Great organizational skills. This is a fast-paced role with a mix of proactive and reactive activities requiring the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
