We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager in Spain to lead our growth. It's more than just a job- it's a key role that influences where our company goes and can set you on the path to your dream career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate partnerships and secure deals within the photovoltaic sector,
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives,
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the photovoltaic industry,
  • Provide expert advice on our solar products and solutions, and if you have technical knowledge, that's a big plus!
  • Lead market development initiatives within Spain,
  • Stay abreast of market dynamics, negotiate contracts, and outmaneuver competitors,
  • Monitor sales performance meticulously and deliver insightful reports,
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on impactful sales campaigns,
  • Conduct market research, forecast trends, and coordinate with the global Sales team.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, in photovoltaics or renewable energy sector
  • Business acumen and proficiency in English and Spanish language (must-have)
  • Technical proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of PV products (strong advantage)
  • A passion for travel and global engagement
  • High level of energy, engagement and creativity
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Place of residence- Spain (must-have)
