Homeoffice Program Manager - Global Readiness @ Microsoft 365 (Freelancer via Shakers)

Overview:

Amplify GIG+ Organization is seeking a dynamic and innovative Global Readiness Program Manager (PM) to spearhead our strategic readiness initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving product-led growth across all Microsoft 365 workloads, with a special focus on driving the adoption of Copilot in the customer space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and executing strategic plans, identifying skill gaps, and delivering engaging learning experiences to over 900 product specialists and consultants.

As a Modern and Innovative Readiness Program Manager, you will be the linchpin that drives our readiness programs, leveraging data analytics and AI to predict customer needs and tailor engaging and effective programs. You will create immersive learning experiences using cutting-edge technologies like virtual reality and gamification, making training sessions not just informative but also enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Strategic Readiness Plans: Develop and implement comprehensive readiness plans that align with the organization's goals and drive product-led growth in Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Drive Adoption of Copilot: Strategically promote the adoption of Copilot among customers through our ambassadors, ensuring seamless integration and utilization.
• Identify Skill Needs: Assess the hard and soft skill requirements for interacting with customers, and identify gaps in current operations.
• Develop Readiness Plans: Formulate plans to address identified skill gaps, including a calendar of delivery and innovative learning initiatives.
• Learning and Gamification: Create engaging learning experiences through gamification, scoring systems, and dashboards to track progress and impact.
• Impact Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of online and offline readiness activities and make data-driven improvements.
• Create Engaging Content: Produce high-quality, engaging videos-content and a comprehensive catalogue of learning content to support readiness initiatives.
• Conduct Listening Sessions: Facilitate listening sessions to gather feedback and understand learning needs, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Cross-Communication: Efficiently communicate strategy, plans and readiness impact to different stakeholders, from ambassadors to leadership team and Program Managers.
• Reactive Solutions: Respond swiftly to issues or challenges, providing effective solutions and turning potential setbacks into opportunities for growth and learning.
• Content Creation: Utilize modern platforms and human capital to create and deliver engaging and attractive content, including TikTok-style videos, social media, webinars, and interactive forums.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in program management, with a focus on strategic readiness and learning development.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads and AI applications, preferably Copilot.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience in creating and delivering engaging learning content.
• Strong analytical skills to assess program impact and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, AI, and modern content creation tools.
