The Junior Graphic Designer supports the creative team by assisting in designing and producing visual content across various digital and print platforms. - Salary: $2,500,000 - $3,000,000 COP

Responsibilities
- Create visual content for digital and print platforms.
- Support senior designers with layout, image editing, and typography.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Collaborate on creative projects to develop aligned visual content.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proven track record of creating high-quality visuals for marketing purposes.
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong creative and artistic skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry.
- Knowledge of web design principles.
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
- Experience with UI/UX design.
