Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Plan, create, and produce communications and materials that support key transformation initiatives, business line communications, and programs to Pricing & Contracting (P&C) teams along with OU leadership teams and commercial employees.
  • Support development of communication toolkits and training playbooks plus creates communication templates and processes that can be leveraged by multiple stakeholders.
  • Work across multiple programs (defined as per P&C priorities), with varying demands and objectives by acting as an integral member of that initiative.
  • Communicate upcoming changes proactively in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Partner with SMEs, Product Owners and leaders to ensure that specialized topics are appropriately represented in messaging and communication plans. Helps foster the adoption of a self-service model for low impact changes.
  • Coordinate with leadership and teams across the program to align on plans and ensure critical messaging is captured in communications.
  • Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up to date with relevant developments.


Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree administrative areas
  • 3 or more years of experience creating, supporting and implementing communication plans for transformational initiatives and internal communications
  • Knowledge and understanding of both traditional and emerging communications channels, including social media and digital platforms
  • Fluent in English level
  • Knowledge with various communication channels and tools (i.e., Viva Engage, Microsoft programs and tools
  • Knowledge and understanding of both traditional and emerging communications channels, including social media and digital platforms
  • Experience developing, executing, and measuring communications initiatives and campaigns
  • MS Office knowledge


Internal communications expert with core business acumen and a general understanding of healthcare marketplace, experience with Viva Engage is a plus.
