Job Responsibilities:
- Develop RAG models using vector databases, optimizing embedding, chunking, and indexing strategies for domain-specific chatbots.
- Write Python code and integrate it with ML/AI frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, and more.
- Create design plans for AI/ML solutions, selecting appropriate algorithms, data sources, and technologies.
- Understand business challenges and apply AI to drive solutions.
- Preprocess and curate text data for training AI models, including tokenization and augmentation.
- Fine-tune models and conduct experiments to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with teams to identify high-impact AI solutions and ensure delivery of scalable, efficient models.
- Deploy AI solutions in production, ensuring stability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Recent AI engineering experience.
- 3+ years working with AI/ML solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, OpenAI, Snowflake.
- Expertise in Generative AI, fine-tuning models, deep learning, LLM, and AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience in bringing GenAI projects to production.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts (deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning).
- Software engineering principles and best practices.
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Continuous learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred.
- AI-related certifications are a plus
