As the MSL Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a group of highly skilled MSLs. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of MSLs, providing direction, support, and professional development.
- Coordinate national and international medical activities, including advisory boards, congresses, and symposia focused on Multiple Sclerosis.
- Serve as the expert in Multiple Sclerosis, ensuring consistent and accurate scientific communication.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders in the MS field.
- Gather and disseminate key insights from the field to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Engage in scientific discussions, delivering complex clinical data in a clear and impactful way.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and share key insights from the field.
- Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) in life sciences.
- 5+ years of experience as an MSL, ideally 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in neurology or MS.
- In-depth knowledge of Multiple Sclerosis and the medical landscape.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
