QE Lead (CMC) (m/f) – Remote We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
What do you need to have: Hard Skills: Experience of SaaS solutions
Customer Contact Center software experience
Full lifecycle QE management experience
Managing off-shore personnel
Experienced in stakeholder management
Flexible on SDLC type (waterfall, agile-like, etc.)
Good leadership acumen (lead up and down the line)
Strong stakeholder communicator, particularly in selling QE into projects
Soft Skills: Good communication
Team spirit
Proactivity
Time management
