About The Role
Our Treasury team sits at the core of Revolut. People in the Treasury team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives, from setting up payment and financial risk management infrastructure to advising on optimisation of returns from liquidity and capital. Treasury works across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage liquidity, market, wholesale credit, and capital adequacy risks of the Revolut Group 🕹

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head of Liquidity Management in developing, building, and maintaining a best-in-class liquidity and funding management framework
- Working closely with Product and Risk teams to deliver the Group ILAAP, containing analysis on liquidity and funding risks and other regulatory requirements (LCR, NSFR, etc.)
- Leading the implementation of the appropriate liquidity management tools for the data capture, control, measurement, reporting, and forecasting of liquidity
- Reviewing Group risk appetite for liquidity and funding exposures
- Supporting growth in our business by maintaining and optimising liquidity and funding policies and needs
- Leading the development and diversification of funding programmes across the Group, covering both secured and unsecured funding
- Keeping abreast of emerging trends in financial markets, which might affect the entity's funding strategy
- Assisting in the design of the liquidity investment portfolio
- Experience in liquidity and funding management, including a thorough understanding of UK-based regulatory regimes
- Professional experience in a top-tier financial institution or fintech, preferably within a treasury, finance, or risk function
- Impeccable problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues, identify root causes, propose solutions, and gather support to implement solutions
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, influence stakeholders, and manage day-to-day and ad-hoc duties from end to end
- A structured approach, being highly organised to manage multiple projects at once
- The ability to assess and interpret new/revised regulatory policy and communicate impacts to businesses, senior management, and committees
- Expertise with regulatory liquidity regimes in other geographies (Europe, United States, etc.)
- Experience in liquidity stress-testing methodology
- A background in consultancy
- A STEM degree
- Coding experience
