Zachary Piper Solutions is in search of a highly skilled and motivated mid-to-senior level Software Developer to join a growing company based in Chantilly, VA on a primarily REMOTE basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing, maintaining, and testing microservices built on the MEAN stack.

Zachary Piper Solutions is in search of a highly skilled and motivated mid-to-senior level Software Developer to join a growing company based in Chantilly, VA on a primarily REMOTE basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing, maintaining, and testing microservices built on the MEAN stack.
Responsibilities of the Software Developer include:
- Design, develop, maintain, test, and document high-quality software solutions.
- Tackle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
- Stay abreast of and apply new technologies to enhance our software offerings.
- Manage and maintain corporate software libraries efficiently.
- Promptly review, diagnose, and fix defects and problems as assigned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert advice on application design and usage.
- Communicate complex technical issues effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor peers and contribute to the growth of the technical team.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, effective communication, quick learning, problem-solving, and professionalism.
- 3-7 years of experience in designing and developing web-based solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
- Proficiency with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/AngularJS, Node.js).
- Experience in developing RESTful web services.
- Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000/year **depending on experience**
