What you will do:

  • Contribute to and help manage a roadmap for our core email track
  • Identify opportunities to build solutions for small business owners to grow their businesses using Flodesk tools and email marketing solution
  • Collaborate closely with counterparts in design, engineering, marketing and data to execute and measure the impact of your projects and priorities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, placing strong emphasis on clear, structured written communication
  • Make data-driven decisions using research insights, business metrics, and product data to assess opportunities and impact
  • Partner closely with design and product management teams to ensure a consistent and intentional end-to-end customer journey
  • Execute and own end-to-end product development process – including understanding customer needs, writing clear specifications, and managing project and timeline for on-target development and launch

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of product management experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup / product-led growth environment
  • Experience with hypotheses-driven A/B testing, experiment design, and basic statistical analysis
  • Have a data-driven mindset and be comfortable using data visualization tools to synthesize large data sets, identify opportunities, monitor performance, and report on progress (including Amplitude, Google analytics, Holistics)
  • Familiarity with Optimizely or other A/B testing tools
  • Ability to partner with design to create experiences that are positive for the brand, delightful for the user, and impactful for the business key performance indicators
  • Leadership skills to drive implementation of experiments with design, marketing, engineering and data partners
  • Track record of managing complex, cross-functional web-related projects and programs
  • Excellent communication, roadmap management, and presentation skills, demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders on outcomes & recommendations, and an interest in teaching and mentoring others
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer and/or small business SaaS web applications (especially in email and ecommerce)

  • $125,000 - $145,000 base salary
