Summary
The Score Analyst has the primary responsibility of evaluating credit reports and using CreditXpert® scoring simulator tools to assist clients in achieving target credit scores. The Credit Analyst requires strong problem solving and communication skills to successfully deliver quality feedback to our clients.
The role will work in multiple platforms, namely, Legacy and Xactus360.
Remote work allowed.
The starting pay is $19.30/hr

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Follow all processes and procedures mandated for the Score Analytics process.
- Review Score Analytics requests and process each request with a comprehensive understanding of what the client is requesting.
- Assists Xactus clients with scoring goals for loan and rate qualification.
- Uses Legacy, Xactus360 and CreditXpert scoring simulator tools.
- Maintains a full understanding of all aspects of the Score Analytics process.
- Ensure time sensitive management of all work queues (requests via credit, personal email, personal phone, team email box and team phone queue.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Adheres to, and maintains compliance with, all Federal, State, and local laws and Xactus policies and procedures.
- Participates in skills training, as requested.
